৬) ক্যাপচা (Captcha) এন্ট্রি: ক্যাপচা হচ্ছে কয়েকটি অক্ষর ও সংখ্যার সমন্নয়ে একধরনের সিকিউরিটি কোড বা ছবি যা বিভিন্ন সাইটে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করার সময় প্রদান করতে হয়। কোন প্রোগ্রাম এর মাধ্যমে কেউ যাতে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে একটি সাইটে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন বা ফরম পূরণ করতে না পারে এজন্য এটি ব্যবহার করা হয়। গেট-এ-ফ্রিল্যান্সারে প্রাপ্ত এই কাজে দুইদিনের মধ্যে 36K বা ৩৬,০০০ হাজার ক্যাপচা এন্ট্রি করতে হবে। প্রতি 1K বা এক হাজারটি এন্ট্রি করার জন্য ১ ডলার দেয়া হবে অর্থাৎ মোট প্রজেক্টের মূল্য হচ্ছে ৩৬ ডলার। যেহেতু একার পক্ষে কম সময়ে এত ডাটা এন্ট্রি করা সম্ভব নয় তাই সম্পূর্ণ কাজটি করার জন্য ৫ থেকে ১০ জনের একটি টিম থাকতে হবে। দুই দিনের মধ্যে সফলভাবে কাজটি করতে পারলে বায়ার পরবর্তীতে 1200K অর্থাৎ ১২,০০,০০০ ক্যাপচা এন্ট্রি করার কাজ দিবে যা দুই সপ্তাহের মধ্যে করতে হবে।


অসুবিধাসমূহ:
যদিও ডাটা এন্ট্রি এর কাজ তুলনামূলকভাবে সহজ কিন্তু এই ধরনের কাজে অনেক ধরনের অসুবিধা রয়েছে, যা পূর্বে বিবেচনা করেই কাজে নামা উচিত:

* প্রথমত এই ধরনের কাজে অনেক বেশি বিড পড়ে, তাই প্রথম অবস্থায় কাজ পাওয়া খুব কঠিন। এই ধরনের কাজে আপনার মেধা বা দক্ষতা প্রমাণের প্রাথমিকভাবে কোন সুযোগ নেই। তবে ছোটখাট কয়েকটা কাজ সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করে ফেলতে পারলে একই বায়ারের কাছ থেকে আরো অনেক কাজ পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে।
* ডাটা এন্ট্রি কাজগুলো সময়সাপেক্ষ, একঘেয়ে এবং প্রায় ক্ষেত্রে বিরক্তিকর।
* অনেক কাজের ক্ষেত্রে ইন্টারনেটের স্পীড খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। বিশেষ করে যেসব কাজে ফাইল আপলোড করতে হয় অথবা যে কাজগুলো খুব অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে, সেক্ষেত্রে দ্রুতগতির ইন্টারনেট সংযোগের প্রয়োজন রয়েছে।
* অনেক ডাটা এন্ট্রির কাজ রয়েছে যা একার পক্ষে একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে শেষ করা সম্ভব নয়। এজন্য ৫ থেকে ১০ জনের একটা টিম গঠন করার প্রয়োজন পড়তে পারে।
* ডাটা এন্ট্রির কাজগুলো খুবই সতর্কতার সাথে এবং নির্ভুলভাবে করতে হয়। তাই শতভাগ নির্ভুল টাইপিং এবং কাজের সময় পূর্ণ মনযোগ রাখা খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।


প্রোগ্রামিং করে ডাটা এন্ট্রি:
অনেক ডাটা এন্ট্রি কাজ রয়েছে যা প্রোগ্রামিং করে করা সম্ভব। প্রোগ্রামিং এ যারা দক্ষ তারাও ইচ্ছে করলে ডাটা এন্ট্রের কাজগুলো সহজেই করতে পারবে। এক্ষেত্রে আমার একটি ব্যক্তিগত অভিজ্ঞতার কথা বলতে পারি। ক্লায়েন্টের রিকোয়ারমেন্ট ছিল যুক্তরাষ্ট্র এবং যুক্তরাজ্যের ২,৫০০ টি ই-কমার্স ওয়েবসাইটের লিংক এনে দেয়া যাদের ওয়েবসাইটে কোন সিকিউরিটি সিল (এক ধরনের ছবি) নেই। ক্লায়েন্টের উদ্দেশ্য ছিল তাদের কাছে তার নিজের কোম্পানির সিকিউরিটি সিল বিক্রির জন্য ইমেইল দেয়া। প্রজেক্টের মোট মূল্য ছিল ৩০০ ডলার এবং ডেডলাইন ছিল মাত্র ৭ দিন। এই প্রজেক্টটি খুবই সময় সাপেক্ষ ছিল। কারণ সার্চ করে ৫,০০০ থেকে ৮,০০০ সাইটে যেতে হবে এবং সেই সাইটগুলোতে গিয়ে দেখতে হবে তাদের সাইটে কোন সিকিউরিটি সিল আছে কিনা। ধরা যাক সমস্ত কাজ করতে প্রতি সাইটের পেছনে যদি ১ মিনিট করে সময় ব্যয় হয়, তাহলে ৫,০০০ সাইটের ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিদিন ৮ ঘন্টা কাজ করে একজন অপারেটেরর মোট সময় লাগবে ১০ দিন। কাজটি আমি ম্যানুয়ালি না করে প্রোগ্রামিং করে সম্পন্ন করার স্বীদ্ধান্ত নিলাম এবং PHP দিয়ে দুটি প্রোগ্রাম তৈরি করলাম - একটি প্রোগ্রাম গুগল এবং ইয়াহু ডাইরেক্টরি থেকে সার্চ করে ওই দুই দেশের ই-কমার্সের সাইটের তথ্য একটি ডাটাবেইজে সংরক্ষণ করবে। আরেকটি প্রোগ্রাম ডাটাবেইজ থেকে তথ্যগুলো নিয়ে একটি একটি করে সাইটে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে যাবে এবং ওই সাইটে কোন সিকিউরিটি সিল আছে কিনা যাচাই করে দেখবে। প্রোগ্রামটি তৈরি করার পর আমি আমার সার্ভারে Cron Job এর মাধ্যমে দুটি প্রোগ্রামকে চালাই। এই পদ্ধতিতে প্রোগ্রামিং করা থেকে সার্চ করা পর্যন্ত মোট সময় লেগেছিল মাত্র দুই দিন এবং প্রোগ্রামটির মাধ্যমে এই সময়ের মধ্যে ৮,০০০ সাইটে সার্চ করে ৪,০০০ টি সিলবিহীন সাইট পেয়েছিলাম।


বাস্তবিক পক্ষে ডাটা এন্ট্রি কাজের রয়েছে বিশাল চাহিদা এবং কাজের পরিধিটাও অনেক বিস্তৃত। প্রথমদিকে একটু ধৈর্য্য সহকারে বিড করা এবং কাজ বাছাই করার ক্ষেত্রে একটু বুদ্ধিমত্ত্বার পরিচয় দেয়া প্রয়োজন। বিশেষ করে যেসব ক্লায়েন্টের কাছ থেকে ভবিষ্যতে আরও বড় প্রজেক্ট পাবার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে সেই প্রজেক্ট পাবার চেষ্টা চালিয়ে যেতে হবে। শুরুতে একাই কাজ করুন। ভবিষ্যতে বড় কাজ পেলে কয়েকজন কম্পিউটার অপারেটরকে নিয়ে একটি টিম গঠন করাতে পারেন। তখন ডাটা এন্ট্রির কাজগুলোর মাধ্যমে বেকার জনগণকে জনশক্তিতে পরিণত করতে আপনিও কার্যকর ভূমিকা রাখতে পারবেন।
